Mobile network operators and service providers offer factoring interfaces to enable mobile network customers the payment of goods and services via mobile phone bills. ic3s mobile payment bundles this interfaces and provides a single, uniform, easily implemented interface for value added service provider, independent of the mobile phone customer's network operator.

 

The ic3s mobile payment platform enables VASP's to charge flexible amounts for value added services to mobile subscribers of all German network operators and selected service providers. This allows you to have a simple way of offering your products to the largest possible target group.

 

You only sign one contract with us and maintain just one technical link. The development, installation and maintenance of the different network interfaces and the care of the operator's contracts is done by ic3s.

 

Your application receives the subscribers orders via arbitrary sales channels and passes on the transaction data (amount, service name, phone number etc.) to the ic3 smobile payment platform. Afterwards the authorisation of the transaction is requested by the platform at the respective network operator. In case of succcesful authorisation the subscriber can be supplied with the service and gets charged on his mobile invoice (postpaid) or directly debited (prepaid).

 

 

Mobile payment Hosting

 

ic3s mobile payment enables the hosting of existing factoring contracts with network operators. Therefore ic3s establishes a connection to the mobile network operator on behalf of the service provider and takes over the technical processing. When hosting the distribution is completely credited to the service provider.

 

 

Best Revenue Billing

 

The comfortable way of billing with maximum payout: The service provider transfers the customes phone number to ic3s for billing the transaction. The ic3s mobile payment system checks on the basis of the number with BRB not only the allocation to the network operator (MNP), but also wether he can be reached at a service provider. In addition the billing solution identifies automatically on which way the maximum payout will be dued. If the customer can be reached by a service provider and the payout will be higher than in the case of charging on the network operater, so the system directly arrange the ticketing. Billing with BRB requires a billing contract with the service provider.
